As life unfolds, a set of beliefs takes shape, influencing both the way we perceive the world and how we see ourselves. 

For instance, when faced with different situations, thoughts and emotions trigger states that shape our reactions. 

These beliefs mold the way we think, feel, and act, directly impacting the outcomes we achieve. Essentially, what you believe about yourself can determine your success or failure.

1. The mind is everything. What you believe, you become. (Lays the foundation: the way you think shapes your reality.)

2. You have power over your mind, not external events. Realize this, and you will find strength. (Learn to control your reactions, not circumstances.)

3. When you change your mindset, you change your life. (Transformation comes from within.)
